HAJI RUSLIN BIN IBRAHIM

Tuan Haji Ruslin bin Ibrahim, the mastermind behind the main Tuuu…Dia Pak Tam brand (commonly known as Pak Tam), holds over 30 years of experience in Food & Beverages (F&B) industry. He specialises in F&B operations, training, and mentoring. Tuan Haji Ruslin bin Ibrahim currently holds the position as Board of Director for Sirah Heritage Holdings Sdn Bhd and Managing Director for Juara Saji Sdn Bhd. With his credentials, Tuan Haji Ruslin bin Ibrahim has been invited to share his experience around the globe.
HAJAH NORAINI BINTI BAHAROM

Puan Hajah Noraini binti Baharom is the backbone of the Pak Tam brand and has been been part of the brand since its’ humble beginnings. Puan Hajah Noraini holds over 30 years of experience in F&B line with in-depth experience in managing company finance and accounting. Currently, Puan Hajah Noraini hold the title as Board of Director and Chief Finance Officer for Sirah Heritage Holdings Sdn Bhd and oversees the brand’s finance and accounting for the subsidiaries company.
MOHD AZAD BIN JASMI
CORPORATE ADVISOR
Mohd Azad bin Jasmi brings 20 years of hands-on experience with a background in professional business development, private coaching, strategic planning and few other skill sets. He has worked with large corporate businesses in Malaysia such as Proton, Kia, Naza, Chevrolet, General Motors and DRB-Hicom. Before taking up the role of advisor with Sirah Heritage Holdings Sdn Bhd, he was the Managing Director of Kleemann Asia Pacific overseeing Asia Pacific markets.
MUHAMMAD SHAZWAN BIN HAJI RUSLIN
DIRECTOR
Muhammad Shazwan bin Haji Ruslin is one of the Directors of Sirah Heritage Holdings Sdn Bhd and Halia Bara Sdn Bhd. With 8 years of experience working in the F&B industry, he began his career at international chain hotel, Pan Pacific Hotel as a chef for 5 years before joining Sirah Heritage Holdings Sdn Bhd as Business Development Manager. He graduated from Politeknik Sultan Idris Shah Sabak Bernam, Selangor in 2014 and was lauded first runner up for Outstanding Graduate Enterprise by Ministry of Education Malaysia.
MUHAMMAD HAZIQ HAZWAN BIN HAJI RUSLIN
DIRECTOR
Muhammad Haziq Hazwan bin Haji Ruslin sits on the Board of Directors for Sirah Heritage Holdings Sdn Bhd and Pak Tam Katering. He graduated from Management and Science University (MSU), with a Degree in Culinary Arts. His acumen in food decor and fruit carvings have brought him numerous accolades including the Bronze Cup at the Culinary World Cup 2018. He is a staple in local culinary competitions as part of the jury line. His passion for Malay food has received local and international recognition.
NOR IZYAN BINTI HAJI RUSLIN

Nor Izyan binti Haji Ruslin was appointed as Managing Director for Pak Tam Katering in 2008 and is responsible in steering the company’s direction towards providing complete catering solutions through Tuuu…Dia Pak Tam Food Truck and Kampung Perkahwinan. She is also is the driving force behind the company’s transformation in terms of upgrading the image and branding as well as service quality. She graduated with Diploma in Accounting and Business Transformation and Innovation Studies as well as Kolej IKIP in Accounting Technology Management in 2006.
MUHAMMAD IKHWAN BIN HAJI RUSLIN

Muhammad Ikhwan bin Haji Ruslin was elected to be on the Board of Directors for Sirah Heritage Holdings Sdn Bhd and Jalinan Madu Sdn Bhd. He graduated from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) with a Degree in Culinary Arts. Previously, he completed his Diploma in Politeknik Sultan Ahmad Haji Ahmad Syah. His talent in people management, logistics and operations has made him the top choice to oversee the operations team of several restaurants, the catering aspects, and overall cost of the holding company.
NUR DIANA BINTI HAJI RUSLIN

Nur Diana binti Haji Ruslin is in the Board for two companies which are Sirah Heritage Holdings Sdn Bhd and Jalinan Madu Sdn Bhd. She graduated with a Degree in Culinary Arts. Her passion and talent in the art of pastries makes her the right candidate in overseeing new innovations for the company in the line. Items such as wedding cakes as well as the the bakery products are under her purview. She acts as the moderator for new business expansions and startups especially in Pak Tam Bakeri.
NUR AAINAA AMIRA BINTI HAJI RUSLIN

Nur Aaina Amira binti Ruslin graduated with a Degree in Food Services Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara Puncak Alam in 2020. She started her formal training in food services in 2015 at Universiti Teknologi Mara Dungun. She completed her apprenticeship at Shah Alam Convention Centre in 2017 where she developed a flair in inventory sourcing and management. Today, she is the purchasing officer at Juara Saji Sdn Bhd currently while developing her trade further by pursuing Masters in Food Services Management.

Headquartered in Bandar Baru Selayang, Haji Ruslin bin Haji Ibrahim (also known as Pak Tam himself), Hajah Noraini binti Haji Baharom and Pak Tam’s five children sit on its board of directors.

Incorporated in 2006, Juara Saji Sdn Bhd manages contractual and tender submission processes, licensing operations as well as culinary activities in the academy. Its’ directors include Haji Ruslin bin Ibrahim, Hajah Noraini binti Baharom and Mohd Rahmat bin Mohd Halim.
Pak Tam Katering Sdn Bhd
Incorporated in 2004, Pak Tam Katering Sdn Bhd is well-known for wedding packages. Upcoming plans includes the Centralised Production Unit (CPU), a hub which functions to produce OEM services for Pak Tam’s own line of products and other companies.
Jalinan Madu Sdn Bhd
Jalinan Madu Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2006 to manage the outlets’ operations, from its budgets, staff and inventories. Currently, nine outlets are operating with plans for further expansion.
Halia Bara Sdn Bhd
Halia Bara Sdn Bhd was recently incorporated in 2019 to support existing companies function and explore future opportunities in the Food & Beverages industry.
